All In A Stew.



This is the stew season – trouble is, there seem to be so many versions.
I have been embroiled in a few lively discussions today on the Survive France Network involving the art of stew making and of course how to make dumplings.
There seems to be as many versions of both as there are cooks – no bad thing really.
